Isagenix Names Canada IsaBody Challenge Grand Prize Winner, Awards CA$10,000
Competition Inspires Mind and Body Transformations
Isagenix International, a global health and wellness company providing nutrition and lifestyle solutions, recently announced the grand prize winner for its annual total-body transformation program. The winner of the IsaBody Challenge® was honored at the company’s Canada Celebration 2020 event in Montreal, Quebec, on Saturday. The IsaBody Challenge and Canada Celebration are both hosted by Isagenix.
Canada IsaBody® Grand Prize Winner Dave te Sligte was honored onstage in front of thousands of Isagenix independent distributors and presented with a check for CA$10,000.
Te Sligte was one of 12 IsaBody Finalists chosen from thousands of Canada-based participants during the 2020 Challenge. A panel of judges selected his inspirational weight loss transformation story as its top choice. Te Sligte lost 168 pounds during the eight Challenges he completed.*
“I am just overwhelmed by everything that Isagenix has done for my life,” said an emotional te Sligte onstage after he was announced as the winner. “The physical change has been massive, but what this health and wellness journey has done for my family and my kids is just amazing. I am faster and stronger and have more energy than I ever imagined. I can’t thank Isagenix enough.”
To make the IsaBody Challenge an even more robust experience, Isagenix recently announced several enhancements, including a new IsaBody Fitness program that consists of four workouts each week. Challenge participants can access the free program via the IsaLife™ mobile app, where a new set of workouts with instructional videos is uploaded monthly. There is a different theme each month, with March’s workouts focusing on “the new you” through weight loss and lean muscle gain — and the health benefits of both.
“Isagenix is proud to provide high-quality nutrition, tools, and resources that set our IsaBody participants up for success in their health and wellness journeys,” said Travis Ogden, the company’s chief executive officer. “Dave is the latest example of the impressive results our customers can achieve through the Challenge. We congratulate him and thank him for setting a terrific example for others to follow.”

*Weight loss, muscle gain, lifestyle, and other results depicted here reflect exceptional individual experiences of Isagenix customers and should not be construed as typical or average. Results vary with individual effort, body composition, eating patterns, time, exercise, and other factors, such as genetic and physiological makeup. A two-phase 2016 study published by researchers at Skidmore College showed an average weight loss of 24 pounds after 12 weeks. The study evaluated the use of Isagenix products in men and women for weight loss followed by weight maintenance. During the weight maintenance phase, the subjects who continued the calorie-controlled program using Isagenix products better maintained their weight loss in comparison to those who transitioned to a traditional diet after 52 weeks.
